One Heartis a public 501(c)(3) non-profit organization for "Strengthening Families"! Our mission is to work with other good charities
by helping raise awareness and funds for worthwhile causes and their organizations. There are many
ways and causes to help the Family. By working with several other charities through the particular service(s) they offer, we become more affective, and "of One Heart"! Together, we seek to
bring awareness to these worthwhile causes, while we ourselves engage in humanitarian projects!

On July 6th, 2009,
One Heart Foundation and TheFamily.com accepted
a challenge from Lands' End to rally volunteers to make 25,000 thousand knitted Caps for the nation’s homeless.
Lands' End donated an estimated
( 20 guilds
@150 pounds of yarn each)
On December 30th, 2009, we completed 29,560 Caps
and sent Lands' End this Family Award.

We follow Jesus Christ’s doctrine of service to our fellow man. We serve both our members and those who are not. The great work we do in humanitarian service throughout the world relieves suffering and hardship. We do all we can, sharing our resources of time and money to meet the needs of both our members and those of other faiths recognizing that “inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me” (Matthew 25:40). (Just Like Beverly!)
