Alan Osmond's parents, George and Olive Osmond, created The Osmond Foundation, Inc. in the 1960's to:

(1) Help Sick Children (especially the hearing impaired)
(2) Combat alcoholism and drug abuse
(3) Spread Christianity

The Osmond Foundation is better known today as:

The Children's Miracle Network.

One Heart Foundation is not affiliated with the CMN except that Alan Osmond was a major player in developing both foundations.
